Spaceworthy Mustang

Playing a Planetarion-type game, someone asked me if I was aware of any freighters that they could hijack to transport some goods elsewhere. I said that I might be, and thinking further, realized that I knew of just the one.

It was loaded up with 120 tons of cargo, some of which I had helped to get there. I was somewhat weary of it due to this, and when asked why, explained it was not because of the cargo making it more difficult to capture but due to something else.

Logging in to Planetarion, I hopped in my space fighter, which appeared like a slightly blocky sports car and which was evidentially made by Mustang. Speeding down to the space dock, I was happily surprised when the freighter appeared right in front of my nose, exiting the water which was used as a landing pad for some spaceships. I quickly radioed back to the other person that I'd found it, and, glancing around, that it was exiting space dock D.

Spinning around, I zoomed back home, the person I'd talked to doing the same. Somewhere along the way, however, I got out of my vehicle, we angered another group of people, and our vehicles got rather messed up. Catching back up to my Mustang, I held on to the bumper, flipping open the gas tank's lid to indicate that we were about to turn, although I did not have access to many controls, except for the gas pedal, which I had previously used.

Worrying when I was unable to brake the car from on the bumper, I was thankful when it's occupant executed the turn into my driveway. The other person's car was parked in the lawn. The Mustang was a little dented up, but still in good condition.

His vehicle, on the other hand, had been torn to pieces, and it's metallic blanket on the bottom was broken, exposing parts which one of the mexican monkey-like people was quickly removing, claiming he had the right to since the blanket was broken. As he left, I stole his tools, some of which I saw would be rather useful. He quickly returned, but then left again, leaving some more tools.
