War Buggies

I was in a farm house with a few other people during a wartime environment. Having just entered the house and noticing the cold, I made to close the door leading to the unoccupied parts of the house, but was told not to because the upstairs had to be heated.

Later, we got into a vehicle which was easier to heat, but quite small for all of us. These vehicles were elaborate, containing multiple doors and a ringing system on the exterior by which to request entrance. They consisted primarily of black metal, and drove very smoothly and fast. Their exterior sizes varied a bit, and the interiors tended to be somewhat spacious, if small in comparison to the farm house.

In order to let them do their work, I left to go to the front lines and try to do some good. They zoomed off and I walked forward. Getting stuck on an enemy vehicle which started up shortly afterward, I was dragged under a powerline, getting a short zap as it ran over me, and through a field before I managed to get inside.

There was noone else inside the vehicle, and I figured that it must be a decoy sent toward the front lines. Taking control of it, I drove over to the place where the vehicle containing the others was and popped the heating cap off of the heating unit in my vehicle, which would hopefully allow us to have more heat. I hopped out and rang frantically and repeatedly for one of the side doors, which soon opened.

Handing the knob inside and hopping in myself before shutting the door, the person inside said that it wasn't the right knob, and handed me a drawing showing how it should look. I told them that i had probably just imagined it differently.
