Fighting Vader After the Bomb

I was in a building fighting a post-apocalyptic Darth Vader in a world like that of Fallout 2. I had some special anti-Vader grenades which which did a fair amount of damage and was lobbing them at him. However he had 2 guards who possessed great mental powers and who posed quite a threat. I kept failing to kill him and started over many times before I realized that I would probably be better off just running away. Although the room was on the 2nd story of a rather ruined building, I sneaked out the windows and got to the street.

On the street I searched for a particular person who I knew and who could help me. I soon found her in a car parked on the side of the street. Slipping into the back seat of the car I explained the situation to her and she agreed to come with me. The person in the driver's seat started to panic and I tried to calm him.

We set out. On our way we entered an apartment which stood high above the city, encased in it's bamboo walls. We were evidently taking a shortcut. However, shortly after we entered the apartment's foyer we were beset upon by hordes of female ninjas, some in uniform and some in casual clothes. I was easily dispatching them when the mistress of the house came out, reprimanding me for allowing such an unfair fight – only two of the ninjas could face me at a time. I suggested that we instead try a matchup of fifty ninjas against me on the porch outside the apartment, and she agreed.

Two of the ninjas hid behind a lattice of bamboo with a pole which had a sharp spike on the end, attempting to attack my feet with it. After I'd dispatched a few ninjas who had come out onto the porch the mistress herself came out and we engaged in a rather fierce battle during which the attackers behind the latticework ceased their assault. Before long I'd forced my opponent over the railing of the porch, knowing that she would be able to catch onto a ledge shortly below and therefore wouldn't fall to her death. As the attackers with the spiked pole attacked anew I found footholds in the bamboo rather than on the floor. They then attempted to attack the bottoms of my feet, but their blows from this angle weren't as strong.

Eventually we made it to a rocky desert locale. Here we were planing to attract our enemy's attention. We stood near a large rock for a bit before until suddenly a large mass of people, a fair number carrying guns or other arms, quickly filled up the area. Knowing that my friend could take care of herself I made my way to the edge of the area, pulling a shiny and slightly futuristic looking gun from my pants in the process. Everyone was getting ready to fight, as if preparing before an invisible referee blew the whistle.

Someone pointed their gun at me but I grabbed her hand, forcing it away and pointing my own gun at her. I then told her that this was nothing personal but just a matter of survival. As the fighting suddenly began I began firing and dived into a small room behind me. Other attackers, dashing past, tried to shoot me but I kept moving about, evading their bullets as I returned fire.

As the shooting began to die down one of the enemies fell into the alcove were I was taking refuge. He made it clear by signaling with his hands that he was not my enemy any more. We waited in the alcove until at last the fighting stopped, only to be thrown into shock when two of the enemy's mental masters entered. Their eyes were large shiny globes and glowed red, indicating that they had taken a particular drug which instilled an euphoric state. Strangely, however, the mental masters indicated that they didn't wish to oppose us. We talked for a bit until suddenly their eyes' red glow flickered once, indicating that the drug was beginning to wear out and that they would soon enter the second stage, in which those under the drug's influence became extremely aggressive.

The other person who had taken refuge in the alcove and I, unable to escape through the door, tried to climb up the clutter of stuff against the walls as we awaited the others' actions with fright. Much to our relief, however, their eyes quickly ceased to glow and the mental masters explained that they had discovered how to suppress the drug's undesirable and dangerous second stage.

The four of us continued on, coming to a rather modern area of the city and visiting a few shops.
