Kael's Conquest

I was working for Kael, a general dressed in a bulky green suit of armor. He was working with the enemy army, and I was somewhat dubious of his technique. There were a number of enemy spearmen standing on a set of bleachers, with Kael standing at the top. The bulk of the enemy was a little distance off, however, in formation.

Soon, the enemy spearmen dropped their weapons and rushed to Kael's side. Seeing their fellows do this, the spearmen in formation began to run towards Kael as well. their leader, dressed in a light suit of stormtrooper armor, walked in slowly.

Kael then walked about, gleaning respect with people kneeling about him. Although I didn't really respect him, I respected what he had just done, so I knelt and put my hand on my head until he had passed.

After this, we went into negotiations with the nearby community, which I thought might have been the ones who had raised the army, although I wasn't sure. I and a number of other people went throughout the community to deliver messages and gain items that we needed.

I took back to camp a weird thick-handled sword, I delivered a piece of paper to be written on by the enemy leader in the form of a piece of cotton, and then I departed. On the way, I bought a candle from the local artisans.

I walked back and entered my house, and went to the kitchen, from which I could see the complex I had just left. I turned on the tap and filled my candle with water, and tried to take a sip. I sputtered, though, as I realized I was drinking my candle. I drained out the water, but all that was left was a coating of sugar and wax on the inside.
